Belle is a 2 year old liver_white intact female Brittany, owner surrender from Moore Haven FL. Owner was given three young Brittanys by a family member. Belle’s littermate Cotton-Comet was surrendered to ABR foster care in November 2018. Belle was professionally trained for bird hunting and a working cattle dog on owner’s farm. Belle will need vet exam, spay, UTD vaccinations, HW test, fecal and AVID microchip. Intake from owner pending 4/13/19 to ABR foster care. Update 4/17/19: Intake to ABR foster care 4/13/19.Belle vetted 4/16/19, spayed, UTD on vaccinations and AVID microchip. Labwork tested Heartworm positive, Anaplasmosis positive and hookworms. Had dewormer and starting Doxycycline for Anaplasmosis and initial HW treatment. Update 5/2/19: Belle moved to foster to adopt in Miami FL. She will continue slow-kill HW treatment with monthly Heartgard.
