Oh what to say about this little girl named Bella. If you glanced at her pictures and said, Aw, she looks like she is energetic, or boy does she look ornery, then you got it right. This 18 month old female Brittany is the doggie personification of the Energizer Bunny. She wakes up zooming, and doesn’t stop until it is bedtime. Bella is extremely playful and very loving. She gets along very well with our older Brittany, our cat, and our 10 year old daughter (although I would not recommend any children younger than 10 since Bella is still a bit over-zealous with her playing). She may knock the little ones over, though not intentionally. Like most Brittanys, she is very friendly to everyone, even strangers. This puppy is all about fun, so grab your running shoes (before she does!) and go have some fun. Bella is still working on being housebroken. In the two weeks that she has been with us, she has gotten better, but still has accidents. She does know sit, and usually comes if you call her name. Bella likes car rides, but needs to be held or crated or she will be in the driver’s lap. A fenced yard is a must for Bella. I find Bella to be not only very energetic, but also very intelligent. She is a problem solver, so keeping an eye on her, and keeping her busy would be an ideal relationship for her. Our Vet said Bella is very healthy, she is spayed, up to date on all of her shots and has been microchipped. She was a little underweight when we first picked her up, but now that she feels stable again she is eating just fine. Bella has no food aggression whatsoever. So if you would like to meet Bella and see if she is the one for you please fill out our adoption application and note Bella! Bella was surrendered to another rescue group when her owners couldn’t provide her the exercise she needed. With their work schedule they were crating Bella on average 12 hours a day.
