Dog Story: Bandit is 14 months old and full of energy. He loves to run and play at our dog park or my son’s yard. He will need a fenced in yard because he is very athletic. On days we don’t get him out he is quite happy to play a bit in the house with a ball or stuffed animal. He is very good on a leash with his gentle harness. He loves to learn. He knows sit, stay, come, down, wait and we are working on more. An active family would be great for him. He would do great as an agility or obedience dog. He is a quick learner on most things but still has a couple problem areas and if you’re familiar with Brittanys then you are used to them. He likes to steal shoes or clothes and run and hide. He drops them quickly and looks at you with his big hazel eyes as if to say.did you want that? Bandit is crate trained and sleeps in it at night or when I have to go out. He does like a Kong ball stuffed with peanut butter when I leave him. He is completely housebroken too!No e-collars or invisible fence, and it is best that he be walked with a harness vs instead of a typical collar. He does not like being alone so if you work part time or from home that would be great. He would also love having another dog in the family because he has 2 here that teach him how to behave. He likes most other dogs and loves people but would do better with older children as he still likes to jump and he is a big boy at 46 pounds, so we will say no children under 12. Bandit has a lot to learn but he is a great big boy who needs a great home with an athletic family that knows Brittanys! Bandit loves to run, and you can check him out herehttp://youtu.be/YakEzfdgBV0http://youtu.be/zKOyUuS0Id0 If you think Bandit would be a great addition to your family then take a few minutes to fill out the adoption application and mention Bandit. History: Bandit came to us when his family was no longer able to care for him.
