Bailey is an adult Brittany Spaniel with strong breed-typical instincts and a unique personality. She is healthy, house-trained, and accustomed to living indoors. Bailey is more independent than people-pleasing and prefers a calm, predictable environment. Because of early instability, she is cautious with new people and forms her strongest bond with one consistent handler rather than seeking affection from everyone she meets. She responds best to routine, structure, and clear expectations.

Bailey has a strong prey and scent drive and thrives with management that supports those instincts. She requires close supervision around food due to ongoing scavenging behaviors and is not reliable off leash, as stimulation can override recall. A securely fenced yard and structured daily routine are essential for her success.

Bailey is selective with other dogs and is most comfortable as the only dog in the home. In high-arousal situations, she can become reactive, and she will do best in a placement that avoids uncontrolled dog interactions and understands careful dog management.
