What can we say about sweet Annie? She just wants to be your gal pal. While she does well with our two dogs, Annie is hesitant to share human attention. She tends to like foster Mom’s attention undisturbed. She is slow to warm up to strangers. She loves her food, cookies, chew bones and toys.Tolerates our cats and takes her job as the neighborhood alert group, very seriously.Car in driveway, deliveries, leaves blowing, you will hear about it.Being a former kennel dog, house training has been slow. She does follow our two dogs outside for potty patrol, so may do best with another dog as a guide to behavior.Annie was diagnosed with a heart murmur. Our vet does not feel it necessary to prescribe meds at this time. Please no sight unseen adoptions for Ms. Annie. As she is slow to accept strangers, we feel it’s important for all family members (human and canine) to meet to assure we have a good match. If you’re interested this gorgeous gal, please complete theadoption applicationMs. Annie was part of a five-dog intake when a formal breeder of show dogs was unable to care for them. Due to a low-grade heart murmur, she will not be spayed at this time. However, this charming gal is heart worm negative, on preventative, micro chipped and up to date on vaccinations.
