Adopted!!!
Dog Story:
What is cuter than a Brittany puppy? A Brittany puppy with a tail! Alexander and his littermates just arrived in rescue. They are learning all about the big world.there is so much to do and see. Alexander would love a home with an active family that is ready for the commitment to a Brittany pup -helping him learn and grow. Alexander (the Great) is the largest of the four pups. Hehas a full tail, dewclaws, and beautiful orangeand white markings.
Alexander is just a baby and therefore his new family needs to be prepared for all the responsibilities of puppyhood which includehousetraining, crate training, chewing, learning good doggy manners, obedience training, and channeling that endless Brittany energy! His ideal home will have experience with Brittany pups or similar sporting breeds as well asunderstand the joys and challenges of raising a little puppy into adulthood. If you are interested in Alexander, please complete the online adoption application and mention Alexander-2726 before contacting his foster family.
Prior to adoption, the pups will be microchipped, dewormed, and have had two sets of puppy shots. Their adoption fee is $400 plusa $300 spay/neuter deposit refundable upon proof of altering. Due to their young age, we will not fly or transport these puppies, so we ask that adopters be ready to travel topick up their pup.
Alexander and his three littermates were surrendered to ABR in Utah. A family bred their Brittanys and then could notafford to feed everyone. They were transported to ABR foster homes in California thanks to the efforts of wonderful volunteer pilots and drivers.
