Abby is an AKC registered (with papers) owner surrender. The family no longer have time for her, had too many pets and she was kept outside. In 2012 a neighbors lab got on her yard and she had a litter of 4 pups, she is now neutered. They wanted to find a better home for her, so she was surrendered to ABR. Abby is very sweet with people and older children, but has not yet been tested with small children. She is extremely dog agressive, although the owner thinks she may get along with other dogs given time. She has a strong prey drive so she should not be around cats . She can jump 4 ft fences, so needs a secure yard with a 6 ft fence. Abby used to be an inside dog but has not for quite some time, so she will need monitoring and possibly training. She knows basic commands but need reinforcing in that area too. Her owner said she will dig and chew up plants if left alone in the yard.
