Hi my name is Bear. I am told I am a big orange and white Brittany. Since I have been with the foster family, they have put me on a diet they say and have taken me on a lot of long walks. Boy, am I svelte and looking handsome. I just love the walks and going for car rides. I let my family know by telling them (barking) so sometimes I get a squirt from a water bottle when I don’t listen that it isn’t the right time for a walk. I stop immediately; I don’t have to be squirted twice.

Let me tell you what I would like for my new family. Humans that stay home or take me with them. I just want to be with you. I think they should be big humans as I am so big I could knock down little humans, not that I would mean to. Humans that respect me and will work with me because I am not crazy with having my feet touched.

I would be okay with the company of another dog but I would prefer a female companion.

I liked to be in the same room as my humans, whether on the couch or on the floor near their feet. Sleeping? Well of course I would prefer to be on the bed with my humans but I can comply if I am asked to get down to the floor or dog bed.

I am told I am up to date with vaccinations and have had dental work, so shiny teeth for me. I am currently being treated for Lyme disease but once that is done, I will have a blood test and if good then I will be neutered.
