Adoption Pending!!!
*** NO Transports for this sweet girl all interested adopters must come meet her prior to placement
Hey, hey folks Zena here, well that is the name my foster humans have given me. You see I was found on the side of the road wet, scared and almost hit by a car with no collar or microchip. Can you even image that anyone would do such a thing to a sweet girl like me? GEEZ
The person who found me turned me over to ABR and despite my being super stinky when they picked me up, they still showered me with love and a BATH pronto LOL. So, in return I shower them with kisses and hugs every day to show my appreciation.
I am all things Brittany, super sweet, happy, sassy and exuberant. I am ready and willing to be your constant companion in all of life’s adventures. I will steal your heart in no time flat so be forewarned. I love my toys “babies” prancing them all around the house and tuck them up tight in the couch for safe keeping. When we settle down at night to watch some tv I am super awesome at snuggling just saying laying super tight (I have to be tight to you in case you move as I will be two steps behind you) oh and I do admit I sometimes snore (hey no one is perfect right but close is good right?).
So right now, I am here at my foster home learning the ropes and trying to win over the resident Brittany here as I love her, but I think she is just tolerating me HAHA. Seriously I am sure we will be friends in no time at all. I am super good in the house no accidents, crate trained and sleep in my crate at night but if you are looking for a bedtime snuggle buddy well, I AM YOUR GIRL for sure!!
I am work in progress as my prior owner taught me come, drop (for drop the ball) and heel but I will admit I have selective hearing at times. My foster home is working on leash walking as my nose is always going which makes me zig zag along in front of you. My new owner should be ready and willing to continue my training so I can aspire to be a wonderful all around companion. My foster mom tells me I am doing well and am a fast learner which is a good thing right?
I know how to play fetch and LOVE, LOVE, LOVE chasing all the chippers, squirrels, birds and butterflies in the yard. Did I tell you I am super focused on the critters, and this is where my selective hearing gets me into trouble SIGH…..
I have zero off leash training and am timid with correction so invisible fence may scare me (A girl gets her feelings hurt ya know) so my foster home thinks a physical fence is needed to keep me safe and secure.
So, hey if you would like to hook up for a play date and come meet me be sure to fill out the online adoption application and my foster mom will pencil you into my calendar. SEE YOU SOON LOVE ZENA!
