I’m a beautiful petite Brittany with a really soft coat. I love playing with my dogs at my foster home and being outside. I am starting to bond with my foster dad but am still skittish around other people. I am becoming calmer everyday but younger kids scare me a bit. I just learned stairs and now love to go up to the kitchen.
From the foster family
Sunny came from a breeder in Norfolk,NE. We do not know how she was treated but she is very skittish. She would probably need an adopter that doesn’t have small kids since she doesn’t seem to do well with loud noises. She is bonding but very slowly. She realizes that if she gets close to you then she gets petted. Now she wants to cuddle. She just needs patience and love. She is very beautiful, extremely smart and would make someone a wonderful companion. Since she is anxious, there would not be a sight unseen adoption. We want her to go to the right home
UPDATE
Sunny is making wonderful progress. She comes with a whistle and comes in and out of the house without being anxious now. She is also getting into cuddling on the couch. Her anxiety is slowly going away. She loves the outside and is a beautifully built small Brittany that is all muscle with a very soft coat. Actually likes to watch tv especially when there is music!!! She is also very very smart. Will play and chase a ball when thrown her way. She will make someone a wonderful lifetime companion.
