*Folly will not be transported due to the COVID-19 pandemic*Hi everyone! I’m Folly and I have a whole lot of love to share. Take a seat and let me tell you a little about myself first. My foster mom doesn’t know much about the first part of my life, but I can summarize it for you. In late summer, I found myself in a shelter in southwest Georgia and my owner came to pick me up. Then, I was on another unauthorized walkabout in October, found another Brittany boy, and we were picked up together. The shelter thought we were brother and sister, but we weren’t. One day, his owners came to pick him up, but my owner never came! I am so thankful the good people at the shelter contacted ABR and within 6 days, I was out of that place! You’d never know that I was found in a shelter though. I’m too pretty to be shelter dog, and I smell good too :)I will say that Ihave ALWAYS been loved. The way she knows this is because I love my humans and love to be snuggled. The first night here, I hopped up on their couch and started chewing on a bone. That was my way of telling my foster mom that I’m not going to be any trouble because I’ve been an inside girl for quite some time. Here at this foster home, I have two Brittany foster sisters that I really get along with! They play with me, and even snuggle next to me. My foster parents are just amazing too. They let me fall asleep on their laps causing the infamous “pup-paralysis”.My foster mom says that I have such kind eyes and a show stopping smile. I’m an active and happy-go-lucky girl that will steal your heart in an instant and now I’m looking for my forever family to share my love with! I’m dreaming of a home with a fence where I can run and play, and a family that will love to play with me too! You can throw a ball and let me play, roll around in grass with me, or we can go on walks together. All that matters is that we are together. If you think you could be my forever family, please fill out an adoption application!Foster mom here!Folly has been a wonderful guest at our house. She fell into a pattern very quickly, almost as if she has always been here or done this before! She is really easy going, but don’t let her age fool you. She is an active girl, with the personality of a 5 or 6 year old! She is so kind and gentle and gets along with everyone. Folly will have her teeth cleaned soon and will have the brightest smile to flash you! Anyone would be so lucky to have this sweet girl, and will have so much love in their future! She has been introduced to men, women, and kids. However, she has had no interaction with cats. If you are interested in Folly and have a cat, please let me know.
