Adopted!!!
Keva came to ABR through our BRITT911 phone line where it was stated she was a purebred Brittany; you can see from her beautiful face she sure looks like one. However on closer inspection we found Keva is likely a Brittany-Border Collie cross (that’s one smart dog!). Because we had already committed to saving this sweet girl, we found a foster for her. Now it’s time to find Keva a forever home.Keva has a lot of love to give even though she’s had a traumatic past; in her foster home she’s been soaking up all the people love she can get. Keva will stay by your side, she has excellent recall, is crate and house trained. While Keva gets along with a group of dogs, she would do best in a one to two dog household just because the other dogs get jealous of her attention seeking.Keva adores women and is OK with men after a few days; she is attentive and will alert to strangers and strange noise but not annoyingly so. She’s easy to train because she’s eager to please. Keva would make an ideal companion for a single female.Keva did have minor fear issues when living in a foster home on acreage, she was scared to go outside alone. Now that she is in a foster home with a smaller sized yard she’s more comfortable and isn’t afraid any longer. If you would like to open your heart and home to a super sharp, loving and sweet girl that isn’t 100% Brittany but is still 100% lovable and would be dedicated to you the rest of her life, please fill out an adoption application.Keva is almost 4 years old, good with kids, needs a 6 ft fence, spayed, UTD on medical.
