International Adoption Donation $ 450.00 Hola Amigos! My name is Saba, I say Hello my friends as everyone I meet is my new BFF. I will greet you by standing on my back legs and giving you a big hug! If you sit down I will climb on your lap and give you some kisses and claim you as my own! I came from a high kill shelter in Spain where I was one of the lucky ones to get a second chance. I was sprung from the shelter, brought to a foster home in Spain where I was vetted and patiently waited for my turn to come to the US with ABR. After a long flight I am finally here and my foster mom says I am so resilient and doing great. I am learning the ropes from my Brittany foster sister Gila. We scout the yard, play toys, wrestle some, and we also snuggle up with mom and dad. Life has been really good. I am good on leash and have mastered sit, down (to lay down), off (for feet off the counters), stay (at the doors as when I first got her I wanted to go out with my humans) and think I have finally gotten the thing they call house breaking down too! It is clear I have been spoiled in my prior life and am happy my foster home has allowed me to continue to snuggle up just as tight as I can get to watch TV and at bed time. So my new home needs to be A-ok’ with allowing me this privilege of being on the furniture also as I think my heart would just be broken otherwise. There will be no long distance adoptions for this sweet girl she has traveled so far up to this point we are looking to keep her transition low key and stress free. If you would like to come meet this sweet girl please fill out our adoption application and mention Saba. Saba was pulled from a high kill shelter in Spain. She is spayed, microchipped, up to date on shots, heartworm negative and on preventative, leishmania, lymes, erlichiosis and annaplamosis negative. She recently tested positive for hookworm and has been treated. ABR will pay for retesting in 4 weeks.
