Harley is a 2year old, very energetic girl. She is an owner surrender due to a change in the owners work, leaving her home alone for very long periods. The owner got her from a local breeder, has kept her up to date on all medical and had her obedience/hunt trained, but has not followed up on her training. Her owner said she was not very interested in hunting, but possibly just needs more exposure. She is somewhat alpha but after one day seems to be adjusting very nicely to our male brit who is submissive and is doing better with our alpha female senior shepherd mix (she’s learning the rules) after a few non injury scuffles. She will defend herself if needed. She likes toys and will come when called, sit, down, off, kennel up, load into car. She travels fine, but whines at first in the car and in the crate at night.
