Dog Story: Finney is currently attending K-9 Boot Camp and has learned the following commands: here, drop, sit, down, off and stay (work in progress). Finney is a diamond in the ruff and shows the potential to be an awesome hunter if given the opportunity. He is stunning when on point. He is still learning how to contain his teenage exuberance with positive reinforcement and appropriate time-outs. As part of his training, he is being exposed to diverse environments and has worked very hard on proper manners in public. Finney is very food motivated and has learned nothing in life is free and being cute does not count. He is a young lad that was not given any guidance during his 1st year of life and has proven to be very intelligent, easy to train, smart and eager to please he will need someone that is Brittany savvy and patient. Finney now confines his chewing to bones from the toy basket but will steal a slipper when you are not looking. He will chase the ball and sometimes retrieve when no other things in yard (birdies) distract his attention. Finney absolutely loves to play tug and will bring you a toy from the toy box or tease one of the resident Brittany .be prepared, he is strong! He is a fun, goofy guy that wants your attention so he can show you how wonderful he really is. Finney is a HUGE snuggle fan and loves to give kisses. He is great with other dogs and would really like a home with another young companion to romp, wrestle and play tug. Finney is still a puppy that needs plenty of exercise and play time. Finney will need a family that is committed to continued training, simulating adventures and plenty of exercise and possibly hunt. Due to his high energy level, a physical fenced yard is required.
