Dog Story: Willie traveled quite a distance to come to ABR! 🙂 He was a favorite of the shelter staff and they held onto him for some time to make sure that he would find himself a permanent home through breed rescue. Willie is a very striking orange roan! He is friendly, upbeat, looking for love and a home! He would like it to be inside, with good food and lots of fresh water and treats! Willie is great in the car and also loves to cuddle. He would be a great walking/running buddy but he is also fine just sleeping on his dog bed. He would enjoy his people to take him to training so that he could learn just what it is he should know to make sure he is that perfect dog they were always looking for. This very handsome dog would make a nice family pet. He would be wonderful in an only dog or multi-dog household. Willie would love to meet you! Willie was an owner surrender from South Carolina. ABR was contacted by the shelter to see if we could find him a forever home. When hewas surrendered, he was fairly skinny and there was no information surrendered with him. He has been putting on weight slowly but surely, he has a very healthy appetite
