Don’t let my sugar face fool you, I’m almost 12 and I can keep up with the best of them! If you have a moment, I’d love to tell you a little more about myself because I’m ready to find my forever family!

I was born in 2012 and grew up with an AWESOME family who loved me more than life itself. But as the family expanded, they realized that I needed much more than what they could give me. When my dad drove me to meet my foster mom, it was pretty emotional, but the new lady had some snacks! I rode to my foster home like a queen! I had my bed, blankie, and I got pets the whole way to the new place. When we arrived, I was met by two other Brittanys, who are my foster sisters. Until that moment, I had never met another Brittany! Now… I’ve met 6 other Brittanys! WHO KNEW life could be so awesome!

Since arriving here, I’ve visited the pokey place for some long overdue vaccines. While I was there, my foster mom was told I’m in Acute Renal Failure. Sounds scary, right? Then why didn’t my foster mama blink? Weird. When we got home, I noticed something was off. She was making my dinner and was adding all sorts of yummy things I had never seen before! Blueberries, Strawberries, green beans, tripe, watermelon, peas… I can keep going, but you get the point. I’m eating like a QUEEN! Heck, I’ve even dropped a few pounds! My foster mama tells me that I’ll have to stay on this diet forever, and truthfully… I don’t mind one bit! Not to mention, this diet has made something else go down. My foster mama calls them “lab values”, whatever those are.

My day to day activities include breakfast, outside leash walks, naps, play times, and dinner. Foster mama says I’m INCREDIBLE on a leash! But when I’m in a fenced area, I love to explore and sniff around. At night, I don’t sleep in a kennel. I sleep in my bed, or on the couch, and sometimes… on my foster mama’s bed. I’m totally potty trained and best of all… NOT a door crasher! My foster mom will have to tell you that story. I snuggle, I give WooWoos when you get home, and I have the cutest ear hair!

Now that I have conquered this new diet and dropped a few pounds, it’s time I move to my final destination. I am looking for my forever family and I hope they live where the weather is warm! There’s something special about me because no matter where I go, I’m going to be a Forever Foster! That means, even when I’m at your home, ABR will take care of things. All you have to do is love me! If you think you could be the one, please submit an application!
